Doug Rauch to headline IFE joint general session

Doug Rauch is co- chief executive officer at Conscious Capitalism, an organization that looks at how four specific tenets — higher purpose, stakeholder integration, conscious leadership, and conscious culture — can simultaneously build stronger businesses and improve society as a whole. He will deliver the keynote at the 2017 International Floriculture Expo, Global Cold Chain Expo and United Fresh joint opening general session June 14, according to a news release.

Rauch previously spent 31 years with Trader Joe’s Co., the last 14 as a president within the company. He is also the founder and president at Daily Table, a nonprofit retail concept designed to bring affordable nutrition to the underserved in our cities.

The IFE 2017 joint opening general session will take place on June 14, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m., at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago. The event is open to all attendees of the IFE, Global Cold Chain Expo and United Fresh.
