NEW YORK — The 2018 New York Produce Show kicked off Tuesday evening, Dec. 11, with the opening reception at the New York Hilton, here in Midtown Manhattan.
"Once again there's a packed room with people from all over the country to participate in the ninth annual New York Produce Show," Susan McAleavey Sarlund, executive director of the Eastern Produce Council, told The Produce News during the opening reception.
The breakfast session was set to take place Wednesday morning, Dec. 12, followed by the trade show. Both events are at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center on Manhattan's West Side.
